If a respondent is unable to access their assessment link, the issue is typically caused by one of the following.
- The response has already been completed. Once a respondent submits their assessment, the public link is no longer accessible to them. This behavior is by design. If the respondent needs to view or update their response, an administrator or manager can reopen the response from the portal and resend the respondent's response link. The respondent will then be able to open the link again and access their assessment.
- The assessment is closed. Review Assessment Availability. If the assessment is set to expire, all links will return an unavailable message.
- The link references a previous domain. If a custom domain has recently been added or removed, links generated before the change will no longer function. Resend the invitation to generate a new link.
