If a feature you expect to see is not visible, the cause is typically one of three issues: the feature is disabled at the site level, your user role does not have the required permissions, or the option is located within Assessment Settings rather than the top-level menu. Please review the following in order.
- Site Settings > Features. Several product areas, including Cohorts, Segmentations, Classifiers, and Languages, are enabled or disabled from this location. When a feature is disabled, it will not appear on any screen across the platform.
- User role permissions. Certain features are restricted by role. If you do not have administrator access, the relevant menu may be hidden. Contact your account administrator to confirm your assigned permissions.
- Assessment Settings tabs. Many configuration options reside within Assessment Settings rather than the top-level menu. Open the assessment and review each Settings tab, including General, Design, Options, Cohort, Emails, and Feedback.
