July 2018 - Multi Lingual Assessments, Security enhancements

This Release Includes:

1. The ability to create assessments and obtain responses in any number of languages.  There are several elements to this functionality:
   • You can specify any number of languages - read more about languages.
   • You can specify the buttons and labels on the response screen and the available assessments list screen in any language using the translations table - read more about translations 
   • you can specify the language of an assessment and enter all elements, including the feedback report in any language - read more about Editing Assessments.
   • you can specify the language of Website Text for the End page of a response - read more about Website Text
   • you can send response related emails in any language, determined by the assessment they are attached to read more about emails
   • a response can be entered using any character set
   • You can display the available assessments screen in any Language, and a language selector allows the user to select their preferred language. - read more about available assessments. 
2. Improvements to security:
   • You can now elect to require strong passwords to be used for administrators, assessment managers and respondent portal users.  Strong passwords is an option in the settings screen. Strong passwords have several requirements
     • Passwords must be at least 8 characters, and use three of the four character sets (upper case, lower case, numeric, special characters (e.g. !@#$%&*()+=)
     • Maximum of 7 attempts until a 30  minute delay
     • Passwords expire after 90 days
     • Cannot reuse a password within 10 passwords 
   • Users can no longer register to the respondents portal without being invited.
   • Encryption on responses, email messages etc has been increased to a higher level.
