Partner Portal
The Partner Portal is an expansion of the functionality previously available for Assessment Managers.
The new functionality options include:
- You can allow partners to self-register. The system will create an Organization and User record according to the rules you set.
- New Organization Logo and Organization Text merge strings in reports save you creating separate report versions for partners. Organization Text can now be included in responses (in the Instructions on any question), too. Logos have always been able to be shown.
- You can allow partners to manage their own organization settings, including:
- uploading their logo and color scheme (used as the Portal Logo, plus for their responses and reports)
- adding organization text for reports and responses.
- setting their BCC email address to receive copies of reports for their responses (if applicable)
- You can allow partners to invite other users with the same access as their own.
- You can build help text into the system using Site Text, including Content pages to allow you to build multi-level documentation.

Accessibility Improvements
We have made a number of improvements to make responses more accessible. Most of these are hidden from everyday use, but they make it easier to use the system without a mouse and to access it via a screen reader (e.g. Jaws)
You now have the option to offer individual reports to be downloadable in Word. PDF's are not accessible by Screen Readers, whereas Word Documents are. To offer both a PDF and a Word version, you have two Assessment Report records, using the button text to distinguish the PDF and Word versions. We encourage you to consider making this available to your users.
