Tables and Heatmaps

Previously to create a score table or heatmap you built a table in word and specified the score merge string for each cell.  Now you can build a table or heatmap with a single merge string.  You can show the results by Role, Classifier, Iteration, Respondent, or Segmentation Group.

Ordering of Roles

You can now specify the order of Cohort Roles for all charts in Cohort Reports.  For existing assessments, they have been set to the order they were entered.

Classifiers and Roles by Organization

Classifier Values can now be specified by Organization so that both admin and user cohort respondent and response entry screens will have a defined list of available entries.  For example if you had a classifier of Department, each customer organization are likely to have their own list.  The set up of this functionality starts with setting the "Values are held by Organization" checkbox in the Classifier maintenance function and the values are entered on the Classifiers tab of the Organization maintenance.

Cohort Roles can also be selected by Organization from the available list on the assessment cohort roles on the Roles tab of the Organization maintenance.
