In a 360 or cohort assessment, you can control which roles receive the feedback report by email, so that, for example, the rater roles receive it but the Self role does not.
This is set in two places.
Step 1 - Set the recipient to follow the roles
- Navigate to Assessment Settings > Feedback tab.
- Locate the Cohort Email Recipient field.
- Set it to As Specified for the Roles.
- Click Save.
This tells the system to send the report according to each role's own setting, rather than to a single recipient. Once it is saved, a Receives report field becomes available on each cohort role.
Step 2 - Set Receives Report on each role
- Open the cohort roles for the assessment (Assessment Settings > Cohort tab, then edit each role).
- For each role, use the Receives report field.
- Enable Receives report for the rater roles that should receive the report.
- Leave Receives report disabled for the Self role.
Once configured, the report is emailed only to the roles you enabled, and the Self role does not receive it.
