How do I add my Questions?

1. Make sure you have a section and a subsection. 
   • Sections equate to pages on the response and are a level of aggregation in the scoring and rating.  (Read more about creating sections)
   • Subsections are a group of questions on the same subject, and are important for scoring, rating and the building of feedback text. (Read more about creating subsections).  You can have any number of subsections in a section - but you need at least one.
2. If you hover your mouse on the subsection or you go to the bottom of the page (once a subsection has exists) you will see the Add Question button

How do I add my Feedback Report Template?

The Feedback report is added in the Settings, which is available via the 'Settings' button in the assessment builder:

On the Assessment List screen via the 'Settings' option:

Once selected, Click Save.
