A. Create Responses Manually
A system administrator or assessment manager can manually create a response:
- Use the Response Add/Edit screen.
- The system sends an email to the respondent with a unique link to begin the assessment.
B. Upload Multiple Respondents (CSV)
You can upload a list of respondents using a CSV file:
- Go to the Response List screen > Download CSV Template (New Responses) > Fill out required columns > Upload.
- Each respondent receives an invitation email with their assessment link.
Read more about Response CSV Upload.
C. Shareable or Website Links
You can publish a link so users can create their own response “on the fly.”
- Requires an assessment with a configured ExternalID.
- Links can be placed on a website, email, landing page, or marketing automation journey.
- When a user clicks the link, a response record is created and launched automatically.
D. Available Assessments & Respondent Portal
Assessments can be exposed directly to respondents in two ways:
- By adding the assessment to the Available Assessments table.
- Respondents can access the Available Assessments list via:
- Your company’s Available Assessments URL
- The Respondent Portal (requires login)
- Credit card payments can be enabled using Stripe.
E. Cohort Invitations
Administrators can invite respondents directly from a cohort:
- Use the Cohort Initiations page (admin or user view).
- Each invitation automatically creates a response and sends an email to the respondent.
F. Auto-Created Responses
Responses can also be generated automatically when:
- “Create Auto Response” is enabled and the respondent follows a link containing the correct ExternalID.
- An assessment is listed as an Available Assessment and the user accesses it.
- A test response is created automatically when building or managing an assessment.
G. CRM Integrations & API
Responses can originate from external systems:
- Integration with Salesforce, CRM platforms, LMS systems, or custom software via the API.
- No-code automation via Zapier.
