Each plan includes a set number of responses. Our current pricing is outlined on our website: Flexible Pricing Plans for Every Business.

You are able to upgrade your plan when you reach the response cap. As you get close to the limit, we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed. There will be no disruption to your service when you reach the cap.
