You can view and edit the settings on any existing response - for example, the respondent's email, name, Business Name, or Organization - from the Response List.
Steps
- Go to Responses in the left menu and locate the response.
- Click View on the response. A list of options appears.
- Select Response Settings.
- Update the fields you need. They are arranged across two tabs:
- General tab: Respondent Email, Respondent First Name, Respondent Last Name, Business Name, and Organization (Organization only appears if an Organization Structure has been set up on your site).
- Options tab: BCC Report Address, Role, Group Name, Customer Type, Assessment Date, Requested Completion Date, Expiry Date, Suppress Emails, and PDF Password.
- Click Save.
Notes
- This is the method to use when a customer asks how to change the Organization, Business Name, or any other detail on a response that already exists.
- Some fields appear only when the related feature is configured. For example, Organization appears only when an Organization Structure exists, and Cohort Subject and Cohort Iteration appear (as read-only fields) only for cohort responses, where they are populated from the Cohort Initiation screen.
