The text shown on the Credit Card screen - the page respondents or cohort contacts see when paying for a response or report through the system - is controlled by a Site Text entry with the Text Type set to Credit Card Screen.
Steps
- Open the assessment and click Settings to open Assessment Settings.
- Navigate to the Site Text tab and click Add Site Text (or click Edit on an existing Credit Card Screen entry).
- Set Text Type to Credit Card Screen.
- Enter a value in the Name field. For the Credit Card Screen type, the Name is displayed to the user as the heading above the text, so use a customer-facing heading such as "Complete Your Purchase".
- Enter the body content in the Website Text editor. You can apply formatting and insert images.
- Click Save.
Notes
- Merge strings are not supported on Site Text screens, so do not insert merge fields into this text.
- To display different payment text to different organizations or customer types, create a separate Credit Card Screen entry and specify the Organization or Customer Type field on that entry.
