Brilliant Assessments supports several methods for sharing an assessment with respondents. The most common methods are:
- Manually create a response. From within the portal, navigate to the assessment's Responses screen and click Add Response. Enter the respondent's name and email address. The respondent will then receive a Welcome email containing a link to begin the assessment.
- Use a shareable external link. Every assessment includes a shareable external link that can be sent or embedded anywhere, for example on a website, in a newsletter, or via direct message. Each click on the link creates a new, unique response in the system.
- Upload a list of respondents via CSV. A list of respondents can be uploaded as a CSV file and invited in bulk. Each respondent receives their own personalized invitation.
