July 2022 - Introduce Allotments, Password protection of PDF's, Scatterplots, and other chart improvements

Recently delivered functionality:

Allotments

Allotments give the system the ability to sell or allocate and manage allotments of responses to customer or partner organizations. 

• When signed on as Assessment Managers customers or partners can view the status of their allotments and (if configured to do so) purchase allotments using their Credit Card.
• The system tracks the responses against the allotment. This includes all methods of creating responses including a sharable link to your assessment. 
• Responses can now expire if they aren't completed in a specified time, so they can be released back to the organization's allotment.
• Price lists are volume banded and can be offered in different currencies.  Separate Price Lists can be offered to specified organizations.

Password Protect PDFs

You can now password protect PDF's produced by the system and either downloaded by respondents or emailed to them (and the BCC).  The password can be specified by the respondent, which is configured using a new Password answer type in the assessment builder.  Alternatively, the password can be specified by the administrator/assessment manager. Scatter Plots

Scatter Plots allow you to show the intersection between two metrics.  In a Feedback report they will usually show one mark but can show multiple (for different combinations of Segmentations, subsections or Questions).  Cohort Reports can show separate marks for each Response.  You can place an image behind the Scatter Plot to Visually define your grid. Increased Flexibility in Stacked Bars and Columns

In a Cohort Report, you can now show a group of Stacked bars split by Rate, Classifier or Iteration.

BarSize Parameter

To provide more flexibility when you have a variable number of results (for example splitting by Respondent) Vertical Bars, Horizontal Bars and Stacked Bars and Columns now allow for a BarSize parameter that will override the height parameter.

Iteration Number exposed

The Iteration number can now be included in the cohort report using a merge string, and as part of the Iteration label in charts.

Menu Color

It's a minor thing because it only affects Administrators, but you can now set the menu background color. You do that on the Site Settings.

Numerous other bug fixes and small changes have been included.
