Cohort Iterations
Cohort Iterations automates reassessment of any cohort, an individual, team, or 360. It also allows for reporting by iteration - either as a filter (to show data only for an iteration) or as a split type in all of the charts to show how the individual /team has changed over time. This functionality is in addition to the existing split types (in this same report) adding a huge extra dimension to the reporting options.
The reassessment can be at a point or multiple points in the future. These points are specified as the number of days from the previous initiation or the previous completion date. You can set up as many iterations as you require, including recurring iterations which will keep repeating.
The options to launch a new iteration are:
- The Contact or Subject is sent an email (using a cohort Initiation email type) inviting them to specify the respondents again from scratch and send the invitations. Credit Card Payment can be required as part of the process. If you (as an administrator) are managing the cohort you can set the email to go to you as a reminder to reassess the person/group.
- The Contact or Subject is sent an email (using a cohort Initiation email type) with a link to an initiation where the respondents have been copied from the last Iteration. The contact/subject can add and delete respondents and then send the invitations. Credit Card Payment can be required as part of the process.
- The respondents invited to respond in the last Iteration will automatically be invited again, i.e., responses automatically created. Response Welcome emails will be sent. These can be specifically worded for the Iteration.
- A copy of each previous response will be made (except the completion date and Status will be null) so that the respondents can just update their previous answers. Response Welcome emails will be sent. These can be specifically worded for the Iteration.
The article detailing the steps to set up Cohort Initiations has been updated to include Iterations.
The Assessment Settings form includes Iterations and now also includes Assessment Roles. The Assessment Settings now has a tabbed format to make the management of all of the options more intuitive.
Additional Reports with Credit Card Processing
This option allows you to have Additional Reports that you charge for as Feedback Reports on your response. It is envisioned that you may offer a free summary report and a more detailed pay-for report. Included in this feature are follow-up emails with links to the Additional Reports and merge strings in the initial report with hyperlinks for the additional reports.
This adds to the Credit Card Payment options detailed here.
