August 2020 - Improvements to Cohorts to facilitate team assessments and external initiations, Timed responses, Top and Bottom reporting

Improvements to Cohort Initiations:

1. Cohort Initiations was originally targetted at 360 style assessments, with a "Subject", being the person the 360 was about.  The concept of the Subject has been broadened and now may be:
   • a team name for a team assessment
   • an individual name for a 360 
   • an individual name where there are multiple responses from one respondent.
2. Individual Cohort Initiations may be a "Before" and "After" responses or can be recurring responses at regular intervals, automatically managed by the system.
3. A Cohort Initiation can now be created from an external link from a Website.  This can include Credit Card Processing.
4. The restriction where Cohort Role codes couldn't have a space in them has been removed.  When they are referenced as an Role in Report Marge strings the space is replaced as an underscore.  It will appear as a space in all graphics etc.
5. The restriction that the subject had to have a Role Code of "YourSelf" has been removed.  There is a new checkbox on the Role record to indicate the role that "Is the Subject".

Timed Responses

You can now set time limits for a response and/or a section within a response.  A timer is added to the heading.  Once the time has expired hitting next will move to the next page but it will not save any new answers. Next and Save Progress will only save answers while the timer is running. In the last 5 minutes, the timer flashes to draw the respondent's attention.  

Improvement to Feedback and Cohort Reports

1. Two new parameters have been introduced as Filters, Top=, and Bottom=. They work with all graphic Merge Type, scores, and Subsection Rating Text.  Top=1 will return the top value, Top=2 will return the second top value, etc.  Likewise, Bottom=1 will return the lowest value, Bottom=2 will return the second lowest value, etc. The filter will work on the section Criteria specified.  For example:
   • {Gauge[SectionNo=All Top=1]} would return a gauge for the top-scoring section in the assessment.
   • {Gauge[SectionNo=2 SubsectionNo=All Top=2]} would return a gauge for the 2nd top-scoring subsection in the Section 2.
   • {Gauge[SegmentationNo=All SegG=1 Top=1]} would return a gauge for the top-scoring segmentation in the Segmentation Group 1.
2. A new Merge Type has been introduced, Name.  Intended to be mainly used with the Top/Bottom parameters it will return the name of the selected element 
   • {Name[SectionNo=All Top=1]} would return the name of the top-scoring section in the assessment.

• {Name[SectionNo=2 SubsectionNo=All Top=2]} would return the name of the 2nd top-scoring subsection in the Section 2.
• {Name[SegmentationNo=All SegG=1 Top=1]} would return the name of the top-scoring segmentation in the Segmentation Group 1.

1. For cohort reports, two New SplitTypes have been introduced R, which will split by Respondent name and C that will split by Classifier.  The classifier to be used must also be specified, using the Class= parameter. 
2. The completion date merge type is now multilingual and culture aware. 

 Improvements to Site Text

1. Website text has been renamed Site Text.
2. Site Text can now be specified at the assessment level, so can be different for different assessments
3. Site Text holds:
   • Response Complete -instructions on the screen at the completion of the response.
   • Cohort Initiation - instructions on the Cohort Initiation screen shown when a Cohort is created using an external link.
   • Cohort Respondents - instructions on the Cohort Respondents screen.
4. The site text editor has been made more flexible.  Images can now be easily included from the grphics table.

Improvement to Cohort Report Manager

1. If an Assessment uses Classifiers, they will now appear as response filters on the Cohort Report Manager Screen.

Minor Fixes

Includes:

1. Problem with resending emails fixed.
2. Problem with Segmentation Actuals bar graphs not returning results fixed
3. Problem with Conditional, Required questions that use the slider Answer format that do not appear fixed.
