Can I run one cohort report across more than one cohort?

Yes. A cohort report can be run across several cohorts at once, producing a single combined report. The responses from all the selected cohorts are aggregated and treated as one larger cohort.

This is done when you run the report on demand.

1. Navigate to Reports and open the Cohort Report tab.
2. Find the cohort report you want to run, and click Run OnDemand.
3. On the General tab, go to the Cohort Subject field.
4. Select each cohort subject you want to include. You can select more than one.
5. Choose your output format and click Get Word Report or Get PDF Report.

The report is generated from every response across all the cohorts you selected, and emailed to you.

Points to check

• The report aggregates, it does not compare. Selecting several cohorts produces one set of combined results. It does not produce a side-by-side comparison of one cohort against another.
• A cohort report template must already be uploaded. A cohort report cannot be run without one.
• The Cohort Subject field only appears if cohort initiations are enabled on the assessment.
• Other filters still apply. Anything set on the Options tab, such as Organization, Customer Type, or Classifier, further narrows which responses are included.
