An Individual Results Dashboard displays a single respondent's results. It can be shown on the completion page after a response is submitted, included as a link in the completion email, or both.
Step 1 - Create the dashboard
- Go to Assessment Manager > Results in the left menu.
- Click Add Dashboard.
- Enter a Name and Title, set Type to Individual, then select the assessment this dashboard applies to.
- Click Save and customize the dashboard layout, tiles, and merge strings as required.
Step 2 - Display the dashboard on the completion page (optional)
- Go to Assessment Settings > Site Text.
- Add or edit the Site Text entry with the type Response Complete.
- Under Result Link to Page Result, select the Individual Results Dashboard you created.
- Click Save. The completion page will now display the dashboard immediately after a response is submitted.
Step 3 - Link the dashboard in the completion email (optional)
- Go to Assessment Settings > Feedback tab. Under the Outputs panel, open the Individual Email Result dropdown and select your Individual Results Dashboard. Click Save.
- Go to Assessment Settings > Emails and add or edit the Completion email template.
- In the email editor, expand the Merge Fields panel and insert the Result merge field. This adds the {ResponseResult} merge string into the email body.
- Click Save. The respondent will now receive a unique dashboard link in their completion email.
