Yes. When a respondent completes their assessment, the individual feedback report can be sent to three types of recipients automatically:
- The respondent, by enabling Email Report to Respondent on the Individual Report.
- A single BCC address, by entering an email into the Email Report to BCC field on the Individual Report. This is typically used to send a copy to an administrator, a manager, or a shared mailbox.
- An Assessor, if assessors are configured on the assessment. The report is sent to the assessor assigned to the response.
All three recipient types can be used at the same time.
How to enable each option
- Navigate to Assessment Settings > Feedback tab.
- Under Individual Report, click Edit (or Add a Report if no report exists yet).

Tick the recipient options you want:
- Email Report to Respondent
- Email Report to BCC, and enter the BCC email address
- Save.
- If you want the report sent to an Assessor, ensure an Assessor is assigned to the response. See Using Assessor Functionality for setup instructions.
What if I need to send the report to more than one BCC recipient?
Only one BCC email address can be entered on the Individual Report. If the report needs to reach several internal recipients, the recommended approach is to set up a forwarding rule on the inbox that receives the BCC copy, so that incoming messages are forwarded automatically to the additional recipients.
This is configured in your email system (for example, in Outlook, Gmail, or Microsoft 365), not in Brilliant Assessments.
