- Domain Name: The full URL where your assessment platform is hosted (e.g., https://yoursite.brilliantassessments.com). This field is non-modifiable. Please contact support if you want to access the product with a different domain name. Read more on How to use your domain.

This keeps your interface focused on the features you're actually using.

- Maximum of 7 attempts until a 30 minute delay
- Passwords expire after 90 days
- Cannot reuse a password within 10 passwords
- Use 2FA for Managers: Requires Assessment Managers to use two-factor authentication (via Authenticator App or Email). While 2FA is compulsory for all Admins, this setting makes it mandatory for Managers as well. This is particularly relevant when using Partner Portal functionality.
- Use 2FA for Respondents: Requires respondents to use two-factor authentication when accessing the Respondent Portal.
