Horizontal Bar Charts are normally used to show several sections/ subsections/ segmentations comparatively, although you can display a single bar if required. Charts can be either based on percentage scores or the average actual score (Likert style reporting).
In Cohort Reporting, Counts, and Count percentages can be used to show the number of respondents that selected each answer.
This is an example of a chart using percentages, with Labels.
This chart responds well to setting the Height and Width parameters according to the number of elements to be shown. In this case, the Height was set to 180 and Width to 600.
The color is normally determined by the rating - although this can be overridden if a specific color is associated with a section subsection or segmentation.
This is an example of a chart showing the average actual points (Likert style) with Labels and the Decimals parameter set to 1.
