Subscription plans are managed within your Brilliant Assessments portal. Updating a subscription plan or credit card requires Administrator-level access on the account.
To add or change your subscription plan:
- Log in to your Brilliant Assessments portal.
- Open the hamburger menu in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Select Edit Your Account.
- Click Change Plan to select a new plan. When changing from one paid plan to another, the system will automatically pro rata any funds remaining on the current plan.
- To update credit card details, click Update Card within the same screen.
