Excluding N/A Answers from Scoring and Reporting

If you have an N/A answer option and you don't want to include it in your scoring or reporting, then you can tick the 'suppress scoring' checkbox in the Answer Options dialogue box.

How to do this:

1. In the Edit Question Dialogue box, press 'options' for the 'Not Applicable' Answer.
2. Go to the Options Tab of the Answer dialogue in the Assessment Builder.
3. Select the 'Suppress Scoring' checkbox.

This will ensure that the selected answer does not contribute to the overall score, allowing for more accurate reporting.
