The available reports in the Report Manager are divided into:
- Standard Reports.
- Custom Reports. (Read more about Custom Reports)
- Cohort Reporting (Read more about Cohort Reporting)
- Individual Reports
Standard Reports are a set of pre-defined reports available in the Report Manager that provide essential assessment data, such as respondent answers, assessment structure, response scores, and timing, often delivered as downloadable CSV or Excel files.
Reports are emailed to the email address specified using the Standard Reports Run On-Demand template or the Cohort Reports On-Demand template as appropriate.
Accessing Standard Reports:
- Go to Assessment Manager > Reports
- Click on Standard tab
Available Standard Reports:
- Facilitator Summary – produces an Excel spreadsheet summarizing assessment results by group name.
- Assessments Answers – produces a CSV file with a row for every response and a column for every answer. Used for producing in-depth reporting, usually in Excel. The column heading is the Answer Report Name. Text and Numeric answers are shown in the cell. Selected answers have a 1 in the cell, and unselected answers have a 0.

Assessment Structure – this report is used for checking the structure of an assessment and produces an Excel spreadsheet of the entire assessment, including:
- sections,
- subsections,
- questions,
- answers
- answer conditions
- instructions
- question report text
- Assessments Answers Summary – produces a CSV file with a row for every response and a column for every question. Used for producing in-depth reporting, usually in Excel. The column heading is the Question Report Name. Text and Numeric answers are shown in the cell. Selected answers will show the Answer Report Name in the cell. Selected multiple choice question answers are separated by a comma. Optionally you can replace the answer with the score, or show both. Important: If a question includes answer options with intentionally blank text (for example, a slider with only the endpoints labelled), make sure each answer option contains at least a single space character. This ensures that the system can correctly return the Answer Report Name in the exported file.
- Bulk Feedback Reports- This allows you to run multiple feedback reports and send them at once. (Read more about how to send bulk feedback reports)
- Cohort Initiations - produces a CSV file with a row for every cohort initiation record, showing the number of invitations and the number of responses received. Can be filtered by Group.
- Response Scores – produces a CSV file with a row for every response, listing each respondents’ details, along with a column showing the rating and score for each section and sub-section and a column showing each respondent’s overall assessment score. There are various filter options including the ability to filter by respondent, business name, customer type, specific questions and more.

Response List – produces a CSV file with a row for every response and columns showing:
- the survey manager
- business name
- group name
- date loaded
- start and completion date of the assessment
- BCC report email address
- respondent name
- respondent email address
- respondent unique survey link

Response Times – this report is only available for timed assessments and produces a CSV file with a row for every response and columns showing:
- the response ID
- name
- email address
- section number
- section name
- first entered section
- total time spent
- last saved section
- session number, and
- score
