Semantic Differential Questions are where respondents choose between two opposite statements on a scale.

These can be set up in Brilliant Assessments, following the following steps:
- To avoid having the slider bars having a line from the left, select the Check Box on the Assessment Setting General Tab, Hide Slider Bar Color
- When adding Questions the Question Text is usually left blank, but we recommend adding a role to the Question Report Name (this is used by the merge manager and all of the standard reports)
- You can have as many answers as you like, and the scoring is usually set up as normal.
- The answers can be blank (Important: you must enter at least a space in the Answer Text for it to be recognized as an answer for scoring)
- Using the Answer Options button (alongside each answer), enter the statements in the Answer Text 2 box for the first and the last answer
