1. In Assessment Settings > Media:
Add a new graphic with the graphic type set to ' PDF and Office Document'. Upload your PDF or Office document and save.
Tip: The graphic name will show as the hyperlink in the instruction text.
2. To add the document to your assessment:
In the instruction text tab on a question, select the button to add your graphic, and select the document you uploaded.
