Managing Subscription and Billing Details

Updating your subscription plan or credit card details 

You must be logged on as an Administrator to update your Plan or Credit Card details.

To update your Plan or Credit Card details:

1. Expand the hamburger menu on the right. 
2. Select Edit Your Account.
3. Click Update Card to change your credit card details.
4. Click Change Plan to select another plan.  The system will automatically pro rata the funds left on the current plan.
