Applying Best Practices for 360 Assessments

This handy video includes tips for setting up your 360 assessment, including:

• ensuring your questions are set up correctly to link to the appropriate response settings to make use of their smart functionality when required: Questions Linked to Response Settings,
• how you can customize questions for the 360 roles and,
• how to make those questions conditional on the role of the assessment taker.

Why is it important to set up your questions to link to the response settings correctly?

• to ensure your chart graphics display with the correct text
• to ensure the smart question report name functionality is enabled, this can feedback data into the response settings and the feedback report.

Remember if you want questions hidden in the assessment, it's a good idea to complete all your testing first so you can ensure they are working as they need to be, then hide them before you launch your assessment.
