Counts are only relevant to cohort reports. You can report the number of complete or incomplete responses, or the number of responses that selected a particular answer within the assessment.
Complete and Incomplete Response Counts
The number of Complete and Incomplete Responses is available either as a percentage or a number

Answer Counts
The percentage or number of responses that selected a particular answer.
