These merge strings provide access to fields in the Response Request or header.
In the Cohort Report (where multiple responses will exist) the first response will be used to populate these fields. The exception are:
- the Iteration Number, which will show the iteration Number of the First, Previous or Last Iteration
- the Respondent Names List, which is documented here.
