Changes in the June 2019 Release:
- Hidden Questions. It is now possible to have a question (with their Answers that exist to either take the information into reporting, question piping or conditional questions. These Questions would be one of the types that are prepopulated in the system, using specified Question Short Names. The same rules apply as if the question appeared, conditional questions may appear as any subsequent question; and question piping in any subsequent section.

- There is a new type called Assessment Body. These graphics are available to be incorporated in instructions. (Previously they had to be Global graphics with no type. Those graphics already included will still work, but new graphics incorporated in Instructions will have to have the Type of Assessment Body.
- You can now copy a graphic. It will be copied Identically but till have (copy) added to the end of the graphic name. You can then change it to the type and name you wish.
- Oversized images can no longer be added to the Portal Logo and Portal Tenant. They will automatically be scaled down.
- Answer Segmentations. As an alternative to Question segmentations, you can now specify answer segmentation. This allows different answers to add to their linked segmentations score.
- The Answers taken will have the Question Potential Points added to the Question score and the Answer Score added to the Answer score for that Segmentation.
- The Answers not taken will have the Question Potential Points added to the Question score and 0 added to the Answer score for that Segmentation.
- For example, If you had a question with a Potential Points of 5 and four answers each linked to different segmentations with an answer score of 5, the chosen answer would get 5/5 and the other three would get 0/5.
- You can use both Question and Answer Segmentations in the same assessment, but not using the same Segmentation names.
- Segmentations association with an answer (there can be multiple segmentations associated with one answer) are specified in the Advanced Scoring tab of the Answer dialogue in the builder
- Searches in the Response List and the Cohort Initiation List now allow for the email address to be entered.
