The system can send you a BCC (Blind copy) of the report sent to the respondent.
On the Assessment Header (Click Edit on the Assessment list) enter your email address in the Default BCC field. When a response is created the BCC Report Address field will be populated with the Default BCC.
Alternatively, when you create a response, either through the system or by uploading a CSV, you can complete the BCC Report Address field.
The system will send the email at the same time as it sends the report to the Respondent. (Note the Email Report on Completion checkbox must be selected for either email to be sent.)
