The Respondents function is not used in most implementations of the system. A Respondent record is needed for a user to have access to the Respondent Portal. Respondents can be loaded via this screen or created automatically by adding a response. A welcome email will be sent when someone is added to the respondent table providing there is an email template set up with a type of Respondent Welcome.
- Search field. The email address, First name, Last name, and Business name will be searched for the search string entered. A partial-string can be entered.
- The respondents returned will be those who have a response record for the specified assessment.
- Used in conjunction with the assessment, returns respondents that achieved a specified rating in the assessment.
- Start Date. The date range for the assessment.
- End Date. The date range for the assessment.
- Action Menu. The action menu will be applied to the respondents selected (where appropriate.)
- Add a new respondent. A welcome email will be sent to give them access to the respondent portal when someone is added to the respondent table, providing there is an email template set up with a type of Respondent Welcome.
- Create a response for the selected respondents. A dialogue box specifies the assessment to be sent
- Download CSV Template – downloads a template for uploading respondents.
- Upload CSV. – Uploads a list of new respondents. A welcome email will be sent to each new recipient to give them access to the respondent portal, providing there is an email template set up with a type of Respondent Welcome.
- Select All – Select all of the currently displayed recipients.
- Select None – De-Select all of the currently displayed recipients.
- The Selector Box (see the action menu), followed by the details of the recipients. Where they are linked to organisation levels, that data is shown.
